Document Destruction Service

Our regularly scheduled document shredding service is the most popular solution for our clients. The weekly, every two weeks or monthly pickup service models can fit any small to large companies security needs. Our unbroken chain of custody ensures your sensitive day to day information is secure from the moment it is placed in the console until it is shredded. The scheduled service begins with a review of the customer’s needs, the size of the security bins and how many bins are then determined, next in the discovery phase is the how often the bins will need to be emptied and shredded. Bins are always locked, our trucks have a live GPS tracking system and our facilities have 24/7 cameras recording every movement within the building. Once the shredding is completed a certificate of destruction is emailed to the customer.

Our purge service is a simple way to clean out those old files; R3 can come to your office or storage site and help remove the old files for shredding. This service is project based and pricing will need to be reviewed for proper procedures and volume of material. R3 also allows drop off shredding at our shred location, please contact us for appointment only shredding if you prefer to transfer your own material.

eRecycling Services

R3 custom eRecycling plans will encompass most of your office needs. Each customer is different and will need our free analysis to determine the best and most cost benefit solution for your office. Along with the service comes documented proof for your eRecycling volumes, this documentation will help you stay compliant for any county and state requirements. This service includes TV's, PC's and any unwanted electronic equipment, R3 also offers hard drive destruction along with standard eRecycling services.

Data Destruction Service

Hard drive and media destruction is the only secure way to permanently destroy data. Wiping data off with software still does not erase the data, it just makes it harder for thieves but it’s still possible to gain access to the data. R3 will shred your electronic media and destroy hard drives with a powerful shredder designed for this task. With onsite and offsite capabilities for hard drive shredding R3 can offer tailored services for any size project.

Document Management Services

R3 offers full service document solutions, we capture images of the older documents and make them usable for electronic storage and future use. R3 will box and inventory all of your files if needed, create standard protocols that fit within your organization goals. Printer Cartridge Recycling

R3 offers drop off and pick up of empty printer cartridges to be reused instead of ending up in landfills.
